1.What is your terms of packing?

Generally we package the goods in neutral white boxes and brown cartons.But customized packing is available if you have legally registered patent,we can package the goods in your branded boxes as long as we get your authorization letters.

2.What is your terms of payment?

For sample orders 100% T/T in advance;for bulk orders 30% T/T deposit and balance before shipment.Sure we will show you the photos of goods and packages before you pay the balance.

3.How about your delivery time?

For normal orders it takes 3~15 working days after receiving your payment. The spec.delivery time differs from the goods types and quantity, we will double check & confirm with you once we get your orders.

4.Do you offer free sample?

To support customer's testing we can offer samples, but not for free as lots of clients ask for free samples worldwide everyday,we can not afford this big sample fee.Customers have to pay the sample charge & shipping cost.
